For example, in Bloobirds, whenever we get a new demo or pricing or contact request; we have a Slack channel to communicate it.
We have an automated Slack bot that basically lets us know that we got a new request. So usually, what I do is; I would go and check out that lead, see if it fits our qualifying process.
And if it’s a good one; I would go through the whole MQL, SAL, assign it to the SDR in Bloobirds. And let that person know that they have a new request.
Also, Bloobirds sends an automatic notification. But for me, I like to have that personal contact on Slack with the SDR and be like, “Hey, you got new demo requests from this person from this specific company.”
