Here are 3 different scenarios:

  • Bloobirds is used daily by every member of the sales team (SDRs, AEs, managers, sales agents, etc.). Bloobirds connects to the CRM, so everything that happens in Bloobirds is also saved in the CRM, which is used for non-sales purposes.
  • Bloobirds is used daily by the prospecting team (SDRs, BDRs, etc.) They use it to generate sales opportunities (meetings) which are then transferred to the CRM, where AEs -or sales managers- will continue the conversation.
  • Bloobirds is used daily by every member of the sales team and there’s no CRM in place.

Bloobirds ONLY acts as a CRM if the usage you’re giving to it includes:

  • Creating a database system for accounts, leads, opportunities, etc.
  • Contacting prospects and customers
  • Keeping track of sales activities
