Book meetings faster with built-in calendar

Boost your sales pipeline and close deals faster by scheduling all the right meetings with the right people, straight from Bloobirds.

Boost your sales pipeline and close deals faster by scheduling all the right meetings with the right people, straight from Bloobirds.

So, what’s new?

Forget about scheduling headaches, time zone confusion and double-bookings. Bloobirds’ new calendar feature makes connecting with prospects easy for reps by eliminating the hassle of back-and-forth emails and app-switching.

With just one click, you can sync your calendar with Bloobirds and start scheduling your meetings without getting slowed down by inefficient, old-school processes.

How does it work?

First, you don’t need to go back and forth from Bloobirds to your calendar to check your teammates’ availability. This new features gives you more visibility and saves you time when creating meetings.

As both Bloobirds and your calendar are integrated, every change you make in one of them will be automatically updated in the other one. So:

  • If you create a meeting in Bloobirds, it will be synched to your preferred calendar.
  • If you update the title, the hour or even notes in Bloobirds, that will be also updated in the calendar.
  • If the meeting is updated in the calendar, it will also be updated in Bloobirds.

Moreover, Bloobirds’ calendar feature includes several new functionalities like:

  • Seeing other teammates’ calendars (as long as you’ve previously subscribed to them).
  • Changing the calendar timezone to see a lead’s timezone.
  • Setting up custom reminders for leads using a template from Bloobirds, with the dynamic variables.

You’re now in the loop
